Get StartedMy name is Amy Lottes. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have experience helping clients work through depression, stress and anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, trauma, family conflicts, as well as other areas that have negatively impacted a client’s life. I have worked with adolescents and adults, but currently focus on adults. I have also worked with clients from a Christian counseling perspective.
Outside of my professional role, I have a passion for various interests and activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes 3 dogs. I love animals and dogs especially get a lot of attention! Living in Florida, I love to explore different beach towns and their local restaurants. Having also lived in Colorado, I love the mountain scenery and snowy winter days. I view my background and experience as a contribution to my ability to connect with clients on different levels.

As a family we made the decision to return to counseling as a way for our young teen to cope with his anxieties, impulses and overall self control. Olivia is absolutely amazing, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. I have treated with other counselors but she is hands down my favorite. olivia is amazing! she was able to diagnose my bipolar disorder during the evaluation. she’s a great listener and made me feel really comfortable talking about my trauma. she’s bilingual which was helpful because english is not my first language. she told me to text her in between visits in case i needed something and have been accommodating with my schedule. i lover her and cannot recommend her enough.
